This is "Dahlia is a Diva" table runner in the "Skinny Quilts & table runners II" from That Patchwork Place. We have a class scheduled for this table runner on Friday, February 1 with Becky teaching. A sample is in the works.
Purples and oranges are the color palette for this sample.
With the fabrics selected, I photocopied the pattern pieces to trace onto fusible web. Using a photocopy is sooo much easier than trying to trace the page from a bound book.
When tracing, the flower pieces were traced as shown, one piece within another. As only 1/4" of fusible web is needed on the edges of the fabric pieces, tracing, and then cutting, the flowers in this manner uses the least amount of fusible web. Cutting and pressing will be next.
