Completion of Dahlia is a Diva Table Runner. . .

Preparing the setting triangles, begin by sewing a 1 1/2" strip on one side of the triangle.

Trim and add a 1 1/2" strip to the other side of the triangle.

Trim and add a 3 1/2" strip to the bottom of the triangle.  Trim.  Make four setting triangles.

Green strips are added to the ends of the applique blocks for the table runner's outside edges.  Again, one strip is added to one side of the applique block.

It is trimmed.

And then a strip is added to the other side,

and trimmed.

The appliqued blocks and setting triangles are together and ready to assemble together.

Pieced it is bright and cheerful.

Of course it won't be at its best until it's quilted :)
